Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below, a small fee of ₹79 may apply.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns: We currently accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges: Size exchanges are available for unused, unwashed products. Please raise a request within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must have tags intact, be in original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is damaged.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Payment Methods
- We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD is available on selected pin codes only.

- Your personal data (name, address, phone, email) is 100% secure with us and used only to fulfill your order.
- We never share or sell your information to third parties.
